CUS-2340 Gynecologist and patient after hours

A gynecologist finishes his shift and runs into a female patient in the parking lot. She says she still has a soreness below, and he offers to give her a private examination. She agrees, and he spreads her legs on the back seat of his car, fingering her before pushing his cock in. He tells her to come back next week for a follow-up.
