GAPL-007 Sister's College Friends Doped and Used While Asleep

The man puts sleeping pills in his sister's friends' drinks, but miscalculates the dose and they all get sick. While they are unconscious, he undresses them, smells their pants, and rubs his glans against them, then has sex with them, including his own sister who shows interest. He increases the dose each time and plans to attempt a creampie, with no main storyline.
