H01747 Pure Love Maniac Ep 1

Keita has spent years as both a childhood friend and a servant to Himeko, but on the night before her birthday she tells him she has a fiancé and asks his opinion, which turns out to be a forgotten promise he made to her long ago, and he finds a way to make it up by staying the night. Meanwhile, Yamato's confession to Nadeshiko is accepted, yet he fears his lewd urges might defile her, so when she invites him over after studying, she makes clear she is not as innocent as she looks.
