H02274 Choujin Densetsu Urotsukidouji Ep 1

Three races share the Earth: humans, the demonic Makai, and the half-man beast Juujinkai. Every 3000 years, the Overfiend appears to balance the realms. In modern Japan, the Juujinkai Amano Jyaku locates the Overfiend inside slacker Tatsuo Nagumo. Amano, his sister Megumi, and sidekick Kuroko must protect Nagumo and his girlfriend Akemi Ito from the Makai, who see Nagumo as a destroyer; this 38-minute episode sets up the conflict.
