H04108 Mahou Touki Lilustear Episode 4

Hameldar's executives send a formidable monster called Brosh to deal with Lilstia, and it tries to abduct a civilian in a city park. Lilstia arrives, stops the attempt, and chases Brosh underground to find Hameldar's base. In the dark basement, the footing is bad, and Brosh lures her deeper instead of fighting directly. A new, grotesque version of Brosh appears and attacks her with a long tongue, while eerie cheers echo around them.
