Katsuragi Miki is a successful anchorwoman for the nine o'clock news, but she hides an addiction to masturbation. He locks her into panties with a remote-controlled vibrator so he can turn her on anytime, even during broadcasts, while keeping her from masturbating whenever she pleases.
