KBJ-24022459 Abc0122 Starts with a Close-Up Before Pulling Back

The first shot is a tight close-up on Abc0122's face, then the camera pulls back to reveal she is already on a bed with the covers pulled down. She stays in that spot for the whole clip, working through a series of positions without moving around much. The room is bright and the sheets are white. She ends by lying on her back and staying still for a few seconds before the cut.
