KRMV-621 Voyeur camera under library seats captures panty shots of 100 women studying.

A hidden camera is placed under the seats in a library, an angle that catches women's crotches as they sit. The footage shows their underwear and short skirts from the front. One hundred different women are recorded while they study. The focus is on the exposed panties, not on any sexual activity.
