MSZ-030 Sairyu Green forced into karuta sex positions by evil empire, bad end

Sairyu Green, aka Aokisaki Ruka, searches for missing Sairyu Pink and learns she is captured by the evil empire. Transported to the Karuta Mask Arena, Green is forced to play karuta where picture cards are replaced with 48 sexual positions. She loses each round and is made to orgasm in those positions, eventually leading to penetration. She cannot escape the endless climax, a bad end.
