NACR-636: Kyoko Maki Held by Husband's Subordinate for Three Days

Kyoko Maki plays a wife whose husband's subordinate schemes to isolate her, and she lies to her husband about a college trip to cover the man's demands. Over three days in his small apartment, he ties her wrists to a bedframe and takes her repeatedly, allowing little sleep between sessions. In one scene, he holds a switchblade to her throat while he thrusts, and she stays rigid beneath him. By the final day, she stops resisting and just stares at the ceiling.
