POST-455 Wife at Neighborhood Bon Odori Party, NTR Incident

A neighborhood association holds a summer Bon Odori launch party, and the wife, who is an officer, attends. Her husband waits at home, then goes to the neighborhood hall to pick her up when she stays out late. There he sees his tipsy wife with a man known for chasing women, and he watches without stepping in.
