PPPE-314 Karen Yuzuriha Creates an Entertainment District on Campus with Adult Shops

Karen, originally from Okinawa, dreams of the north and sets up an entertainment district called SUSUKINO at her school without permission, basing it on her own image and arbitrary opinions. She maps out streets from Minami 3-jo to Minami 7-jo in the fictional city, opening adult shops in classrooms and audiovisual rooms. The campus becomes a paradise of adult entertainment, including image clubs, men's esthetics salons, pink salons, SM clubs, and boob pubs. She sweetly seduces others, telling them their willingness to study depends on the shops.
