ROE-164 With the rest of the family gone, Rina July and her adult son settle into an empty house

Kenji is the second of three sons. His mother Rina appears quiet and unassertive, but when his older brother moves out for work, his younger brother leaves for a baseball boarding academy, and his father relocates, the household shrinks to just Kenji and Rina. The once busy home turns silent, and Kenji, feeling regret, tries to reclaim the maternal attention he never fully had. Over the course of 141 minutes, their relationship shifts into an intimate affair.
