SDMU-325 Couples compete for 1 million yen in a panty-biting shame game with embarrassing questions

Two girls, with hands restrained and panties tied to a string, answer embarrassing questions about themselves asked by their boyfriends. Each correct answer moves them toward a 1 million yen prize, while a mistake adds weight to the string, making the panties bite. Giving up from the pain ends the game, and the couple loses.
