ZBES-004 Despair Eros Hospital Battle Royale with Momoka Nishina and Others

A hospital becomes the setting for a battle royale of sexual encounters involving a busty nurse, a chubby medical office worker, and other women. Momoka Nishina leads the cast in scenes that include hidden sex in a changing room and riding sex in a hospital room. The action moves to a back area where the women, dressed in gym clothes, are overpowered by men who are full of lies and women with bare libidos.
